Peacock Properties Offices – Lowther Street

We worked closely with Kieron Peacock to deliver a full interior scheme for Peacock Properties’ offices on Lowther Street, Carlisle—creating a space that feels completely unique to the business.

Through the considered layering of bold colour, rich textures and varied finishes, we designed an environment that is both highly functional and full of personality. Each area was approached with intention, ensuring the workspace not only supports day-to-day operations but also reflects the identity and energy of the team.

Bespoke artwork was commissioned to celebrate Peacock Properties’ people and projects, adding a personal and meaningful layer to the interiors. These elements, paired with carefully selected materials and finishes throughout, create a cohesive scheme that tells the story of the brand.

Flooring was supplied and installed by our sister company, Chris Davidson Carpets, bringing both practicality and design continuity across the space. The reception features Camaro Georgian parquet LVT, laid in a traditional wood block pattern for a timeless first impression. Newhey’s Patina in Marl was fitted to the stairs and landing, while durable carpet tiles were installed throughout the office areas—seamlessly tying the scheme together.

The result is a confident, characterful workspace that balances creativity with functionality—designed to leave a lasting impression.
