Where brand identity meets considered design.

We were commissioned to fully design and install the Executive Boardroom for Pioneer Foodservice, creating a sophisticated, professional environment that reflects the company’s identity while providing a comfortable and functional space for meetings, presentations and day-to-day business.

Brand reinforcement played an important role in the interior design scheme. Taking inspiration from Pioneer Foodservice’s established brand colours, we developed a considered palette that brings their identity into the space without feeling overly corporate. These tones are layered with rich textures and carefully selected finishes, creating a boardroom that feels warm, refined and distinctive.

Stunning textured wallpapers from Romo were introduced throughout the room, adding depth and visual interest while providing an elegant backdrop to the bespoke furniture and branding elements.

At the heart of the boardroom is a bespoke media wall, designed specifically for the space to create a practical and contemporary focal point. We also selected bespoke boardroom chairs and a statement boardroom table from Carlisle Business Supplies, balancing comfort and durability with the elevated aesthetic required for an executive environment.

To further strengthen the connection between the interior and Pioneer Foodservice brand, we collaborated with Image Signs to produce a bespoke 3D brand stencil. This creates a striking finishing detail and ensures the company’s identity remains an integral part of the overall design.

From the initial concept and specification through to sourcing, coordination and final installation, every element was carefully considered.

The finished executive boardroom brings together functionality, comfort and brand-led commercial interior design, creating a professional space that feels unmistakably Pioneer and provides an impressive setting for both the team and visiting clients.
